    Engineering Copilot TIA Essential (Self-Service)

    The Enginnering Copilot assists automation engineers in quickly generate SIMATIC PLC code, create basic WinCC Unified visualization, and rapidly find the right answer in the engineering manual.

    The Engineering Copilot is a chatbot that acts as a bridge connecting your local TIA Portal engineering system with your Azure OpenAI services. This chatbot allows users to ask questions about TIA Portal automation tasks, provides code generation support for Simatic PLCs and guides users through the creation of a first WinCC Unified visualization including header and navigation. Answers are provided via Azure OpenAI Services and users have the option to integrate the results directly into their ongoing TIA Portal projects.

    Entitlements
    A subscription for the Offering Engineering Copilot entitles to:

    • create one (1) single Engineering Copilot instance. 
    • use the Engineering Copilt instance to an appropriate extent. Siemens reserves the right to limit the extent of use at any time.

    Use of the Engineering Copilot is subject to additional terms of use that each Authorized User is required to accept:
