L’abbonamento si rinnoverà automaticamente per i periodi successivi, a meno che una delle parti non comunichi all’altra la disdetta almeno 60 giorni prima della fine del Periodo di abbonamento in corso. Qualsiasi Periodo di abbonamento rinnovato avrà la stessa durata del periodo precedente o 12 mesi, a seconda di quale sia il maggiore. L’UCA (o eventuali termini successivi), disponibile in Universal Customer Agreement (UCA) nella versione in vigore 60 giorni prima della scadenza del Periodo di abbonamento in corso, si applicherà al Periodo di abbonamento successivo. Tuttavia, se l’abbonamento è regolato da un contratto quadro stipulato con Siemens, tale contratto quadro continuerà ad essere applicato per ogni Periodo di abbonamento successivo e prevarranno i termini di rinnovo automatico per l’abbonamento specificati in tale contratto quadro.
In tutti i casi, al posto di qualsiasi versione precedente dei Termini supplementari, per il successivo Periodo di abbonamento si applicheranno i Termini supplementari applicabili disponibili nella pagina Termini supplementari nella versione in vigore 60 giorni prima della fine del Periodo di abbonamento in corso.
I termini e le condizioni aggiuntivi concordati nel modulo d'ordine iniziale (compresi i termini specifici del prodotto), così come i termini di pagamento concordati, rimarranno in vigore per qualsiasi successivo Periodo di abbonamento.
