MindConnect advanced driver extensions enable the MindConnect devices to connect to more automation systems. These adapters currently are:

  • Fanuc Focas
  • Sinumerik PL
  • S7+
  • IEC 61850
  • MT Connect

Due to the deep integration the following benefits are also applicable:
  • Full integrated engineering within the MindSphere Asset manager.
  • Sub second read possible (MS)
  • BiDirectional communication possible
  • MindConnect benefits are available (e.g. buffering, remote update, ...)
