    With the "Path length evaluation" function, the Sinumerik ONE provides specific data of machine axes as system and OPI (BTSS) variables, with the help of which it is possible to estimate the load on the machine axes and thus make a statement about the maintenance condition of the machine. The following data is recorded:

    • Total travel count
    • Total traverse path at high axis speeds
