The SITRANS SCM IQ upgrade package M provides resources to connect and host up to 50 additional SITRANS MS200 multi sensor or other machine data sources. It is complementary to SITRANS SCM IQ Base Package.

Entitlement
The application subscription allows access to the functionalities of the SITRANS SCM IQ application and the SITRANS Anomaly IQ application as described in  SITRANS SCM IQ Base Package. The cloud resources included in the SITRANS SCM IQ Base Package are suitable to establish maximum 12 connections between SITRANS MS200 device and the Platform and to start 12 Prediction Models. With this upgrade package you increase each number by additional 50.

The application subscription allows access to the functionalities of the SITRANS SCM IQ application and the SITRANS Anomaly IQ application (if activated) as described above. The Insights Hub Resources included in the SITRANS SCM IQ Base Package are suitable to establish maximum 12 connections between the SITRANS MS200 device and the Platform, to start 12 Prediction Models and to use 3 months of Training Time for Prediction Models.

SITRANS SCM IQ application with corresponding SITRANS MS200 sensors can be used in process industries such as food and beverage, water/wastewater, power generation, utilities, and chemical. Typical applications include filling stations, agitating vessels, and many types of pumps, gears, compressors, fans or bearings.

SITRANS SCM IQ is designed for use on the Siemens cloud-based IoT ecosystem, Insights Hub. Data and events stored in SITRANS SCM IQ can be utilized by various Siemens cloud-based applications to achieve comprehensive plant supervision and control. It offers:
  • Intuitive training of machine learning models to automatically detect anomalies
  • Labelling of anomalies and notifications via e-mail
  • Asset state detection and asset run rate calculation
  • Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis, enabling precise detection of vibration patterns, imbalance, misalignment, and other mechanical irregularities
SITRANS MS200 multisensors are suitable for use with a wide range of rotating equipment, within all industries that require rugged IIoT sensors. They can be used indoors, outdoors and in hazardous areas. SITRANS MS200 is contained within a rugged, IP68 and IP69 enclosure. It is equipped with a replaceable battery and delivers data for:
  • Temperature  
  • X, Y, Z vibration data as peak-to-peak values 
  • Magnetic field strength
SITRANS CC220 gateway is an IP20 device and is typically mounted inside a cabinet. It cyclically polls data from MS200 multisensors and
  • Securely uploads data to SITRANS SCM IQ
  • Handles up to 12 SITRANS MS200 sensors
