New Terms of Use
The Subscription Term will automatically renew for successive Subscription Terms unless either party notifies the other at least 60 days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term that it has elected not to renew. Any renewed Subscription Term will be the same length as the preceding term or 12 months, whichever is greater. The fees for any renewed Subscription Term will be the same as those in effect at the end of the preceding Subscription Term, unless Siemens notifies Customer about different future fees at least 90 days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term.
The UCA (or any successor terms) available at Universal Customer Agreement (UCA) in the version that is current 60 days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term will apply for the following Subscription Term. However, if your subscription is governed by a master agreement that you have executed with Siemens, then that master agreement will continue to apply for any following Subscription Term, and auto-renewal terms for the subscription specified in that master agreement will prevail.
In all cases, instead of any previous versions of Supplemental Terms, the applicable Supplemental Terms available at Supplemental Terms in the version that is current 60 days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term will apply for the following Subscription Term.
Additional terms and conditions agreed upon in the initial order form (including product-specific terms), as well as agreed payment terms, will remain in effect for any following Subscription Term.

Detect sewer blockages and prevent sewage spills
SIWA Blockage Predictor identifies abnormal behaviour in a wastewater network and supports automated monitoring and reporting of normal behaviour.
Artificial Intelligence analyses level data collected within manholes on combined or separated systems and in Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO) and warns of anomalies that suggest a blockage or infiltration. With up to two weeks warning companies are given time to optimise their field operations and decision making to prevent spills that should not happen under normal operation. Avoiding these most damaging of spills helps improve the quality of the receiving waters or the built environment.
The AI requires local rainfall data and a level measurement from the monitored asset. Historic level, hydraulic model or network schema are not required.
Monitoring and reporting of normal sewer network behaviour is also easier. SIWA Blockage Predictor provides features to report on asset spillages and sensor health issues.
With SIWA Blockage Predictor customer can:

The Artificial Intelligence in the application was independently assessed by The University of Sheffield to find 9 in 10 abnormalities in sewer network behaviour with a false positive rate of 3%.
For analysts, their job is simplified through management of notifications and integration with relevant dynamic and static data related to a given asset.
With up to two weeks warning of an issue the AI in the application improves the efficiency of operations teams that clear issues in the network; helping them to be in the right place at the right time.
The Monitoring & Reporting Upgrade Package identifies and counts the number of spill events and warns of data gaps.
The Sensor Health upgrade package uses echo-confidence from the sensor to identify any degradation in sensor performance.
