Water Scan Toolbox

Water scan toolbox offers innovative possibilities in the field of wastewater treatment plants

It is a smart tool that offers optimization of operational tasks as well as a new perspective on water plant control. The optimization relies on a forward knowledge of the quantity and quality of the wastewater flowing into the treatment plant using a predictive algorithm based on a neural network. This algorithm is capable of evaluating in real time the state of the infrastructure and generating instructions for the operator. Furthermore, this algorithm is able to predict the quantity and quality of the incoming water, up to several hours in advance.

1. The use of a predictive algorithm: Our advanced solution provides users with the ability to use the built-in predictive algorithm to anticipate potential problems. This algorithm is based on a self-learning neural network that is capable of analyzing and generating data up to 4 hours in advance. The system collects data on different variables and replaces the existing COD measurements. With the help of a clear visualisation of this data, users can identify potential problems before the situation arises and thus take preventive measures.

2. Real-time monitoring: sophisticated sensors make it possible to monitor flow rates, chemical oxygen consumption and mass flows. And based on the limit values, the app is able to generate alerts that not only help prevent limits from being exceeded, but also predict future developments.

3. Intuitive and clear graphs: with WST, all data is presented in simple but detailed graphs. These have the ability to look back in history to easily understand the course of events and identify potential problems.

4. Quick response to potential threats: the application automatically generates alerts called Alarm. These notifications instantly alert the user of an overrun that has occurred in traffic.

5. Safety and Planning: Events called "Execution Instructions" provide users with a list of necessary checks and steps that need to be performed and physically checked in operation.

6. Non-routine scheduling: The application can efficiently inform plant operators of scheduled maintenance, sludge removal or other important events.
